How Brahma's Fifth Head Got Severed(Cut Off) - The Original Real Story

The Infinite Pillar of Fire

The Story goes like this, Once upon a Time , there began a dispute between Maha Vishnu and Lord Brahma. So this dispute became so fierce. Noticing this, Shiva appeared there. And then he created a long Infinite Pillar of fire, which continues upwards infinitely and downwards infinitely, Shiva said, whoever finds the end of this pillar, is the greater one. So Maha Vishnu took form Of a Boar and started moving downwards, and Lord Brahma Took a swan and flew upwards..

They Searched for Years , but none of them could find the end of the Pillar. Lord Brahma got an idea, on his way down He meets a Ketaki Flower and somehow convinces it to be a False witness about the end of the pillar. on returning to the starting point , He saw Maha Vishnu and said to him that he found the end of the Pillar, Maha Vishnu was happy about this and he congratulated Lord Brahma. But the the Trikaalagyaani (The one who knows the past, present and future) appeared. He was angry that Lord Brahma had lied. So he got Furious and sent VeeraBhadran to kill Lord Brahma. But then Maha Vishnu came pleading to Lord Shiva. Then Lord Shiva himself went to Lord Brahma, but by then Veerabhadra had already severed a Head of Lord Brahma, Lord Shiva Stopped Veerabhadra, and Forgave Lord Brahma.

Thus Lord Brahma today has 4 heads.

Sri Ukkal Kamakshi Ambal- A goddess whose eyes open During Poornima Day(full moon)

The Holy Incident I saw with my very own eyes My Pilgrimage to Holy Kanchipuram After reaching Kanchipuram to visit some temples. We hired an AutoRikshaw to Ukkal, Cheyyur District. It is around 18 KM from where we stayed at KanchiPuram. So when we reached there we asked everyone about this Ukkal Kamakshi Amman Temple, A holy Deity with a Nose ring. But nobody in the village guided us properly , But finally we ended up at a Very Big temple which was closed. It was the Vaidhya Natha swamy temple. So when we stood there, the temple Granny who was incharge of it , came there and opened the temple for us. It was such a blissful experience. Inside the GarbhaGruha stood a tall Shiva linga( Vaidya Nathar) . It was so peaceful there. After that, when we asked her about the Ukkal Kamakshi amman temple, she didnt know about it properly. But a small boy there said us there was a temple there at a distance which had a similar description, so we thanked them and Nandi ji and left from there...
