Shiva's marriage( Formation of ARDHANAreeswaran )
Story of ardhanaarheeswaran(marriage of lord shiva)
Once, lord Shiv was performing tapas. all Gods together formed a comitee and planned a marriage to the Adi, parvathi was ready for it, she stood in front of lord Shiv , but no response from him. Lord Manmadha(kama, love) was ready with the arrow that urges passion, he hid behind a tree a aimed the arrow towards Lord Shiv, released the arrow, it travels towards Lord Shiv,..
Hits him, awakening, notices lord manmatha peeping behind a tree, filled with anger , opens his third eye and there goes lord manmadha burnt into ashes, turns towards parvathi, and realises that she wants to marry him, he refuses to marry her, she tells" i want to marry you, why wont you marry me? if you dont marry anyone then what is the use of your masculine characters, this world is existing only because of the fusion of male and female, ", impressed by her speech, he was pleased with her, he said," come dear, sit on my lap,", "no, i want to know what you know, ", said she , knowing the tricks of a male, "but after some time she sat on his lap.
He pulled her closer and closer and made her the other half of his body . Thus formed Ardhanaareeswaran.

Importance of shiva nama(சிவ நாம மேன்மை )
STORY
Once upon a time there lived a king, once he was travellling in his horse-chariot... when the chariot was speeding up, a pasu (kamadhenu, cow) came in front of it, hit by the chariot, the cow died on the spot. since the kings in the earlier times were righteous, purified, he was filled with sorrow and immediately he descended from the chariot.
Seeing the cow his heart melted, his eyes filled with tears, he felt guilty. "oh my god. ive done a sin." exclaimed the king. stopping the chariot at that place it self, he went inside the forest to meet a rishi(sage) ashram.TO search for repentance(praayashchittam for this sin) he searched. he noticed an ashram, inside he saw that there was only rishiputra inside the ashram, he said the sorrowful incident and asked what he can do to wash away the sin...
That rishiputran tells," oh king! go to a place when 4 roads meet, cry for forgiveness loudly and tell this mantra SIVA SIVA SIVA 3 times.. then your sin will be washed away.." HEARING this the king came towards his chariot, that time he met the rishi there... "oh king! can i know the reason for your arrival" said the rishi. "Oh rishi! i came here to meet you only... since i had done a sin(and described it)""i came to your ashram to meet you only, but i met you son and knew the parihaaram(solution)""your kumaaran said me the parihaaram."so i am going forward to perform it".
The rishi asked what the solution was.the king tells "he tells that his son said the king to tell SIVA SIVA SIVA 3 times" THE RISHI GOT ANGRY "did that sinner tell like that!!!!, if you recite the SIVA mantram once itself, the sins performed in your whole life will be washed away, i think my son, the rishiputra doesnt know the value of SIVA mantra" said the rishi.
The king understood the value of SIVA mantra.
Such great is siva mantra. from this we understand that , if we place one pure(true) step towards the God, He comes 3 times faster towards us.

குருவின் மகிமை.....(Guru's importance)
Life from birth to death.
Arunagirinadhar tells- I HAVE NOT DONE any tapas, then why have you dropped me in a gutter like world.According to us, nobody in this world by their wish are born, they are born according to their poorvajanma karma... By the grace of the almighty, the creator, the 5 senses and the 9 openings in the human body are functioning based on our sins and punyas.
4 vedas, 6 sastras, 100 upanishads and its 1200 branches, 18 puranas, 64 arts, ashtasiddhis(8 siddhis) altogether could not understand the God even though it tries to praise the God's feet. They themselves cant understand the God, then how can an ordinary human understand Him... But there is only one way. only with the help of a proper spiritual guru...
Doctors, scientists, archaoelogists, they are sacrificing thier lives for worldly goodness, THIS ALONE IS A LIFE THAT IS WORTH..
more to come................. om nama shivaya
